The Role
As our Account Development Associate you will drive the pipeline for ticketed experiences in the corporate space, generate new revenue opportunities, and lead the full sales cycle for group ticket sales. You will qualify and nurture inbound interest, develop highly targeted outbound strategies, and close ticket sales while refining commercial methodologies that fuel growth.
What You’ll Do

- Drive inbound and outbound pipeline for Fever for Business’ corporate ticketing offering.
- Manage and close group ticket sales opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from qualification to payment reception.
- Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and ensure accurate forecasting to keep the team aligned on targets.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and the Sales team to align campaigns, share insights, and enhance commercial impact.
- Track and report key KPIs (SQLs generated, pipeline value, conversion rates, closed‑won revenue) and iterate based on performance data.
