In this key technical role, you will act as an essential pillar in the study, planning, scheduling, execution, and cost control of major hotel construction and renovation projects. Specifically, you will lead civil works, architecture, and installation oversight from early demolition and foundations to high-end interior finishes. By doing so, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Building Engineer / Technical Office Engineer
Your Mission: Project Oversight, Technical Precision & Site Leadership
Your primary goal involves driving architectural and engineering success across major hotel construction initiatives. To achieve this, you will execute detailed project studies, manage budgets, and oversee site execution. Therefore, you will draft technical proposals, design planning schedules in AutoCAD and Revit, and monitor site progress across civil works and interior fit-outs. Additionally, you will coordinate subcontractors, control project costs using SIGRID software, and conduct technical site visits. As a result, you will eliminate project delays, optimize material costs, and protect our group’s reputation for construction excellence.
