THE ROLE

The HR Coordinator supports the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across Iberia, ensuring accurate HR administration, compliance, and a positive employee experience.



This role coordinates key HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, maintains HR systems and records, supports payroll activities, and provides operational support to employees, managers and the HR team.
