TRL is looking to add a hands‑on Bike Mechanic & Warehouse Coordinator to our team based in Girona, Spain.

This role will primarily be responsible for providing awesome support to our European operations. The right candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. They will also possess a thorough understanding of bike mechanics, strong customer service skills, and a passion for hospitality. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

- Daily coordination of operations with the European Logistics Manager.




- Maintenance of the company bike fleet and remote mechanical assistance for field issues to deliver awesome bikes for our guests.
- Loading and unloading bikes and equipment from vans and trailers.
- Receiving, inventorying, and maintaining equipment.
- Boxing and shipping of bikes and equipment.
- Support day‑to‑day organization of the Girona warehouse, uphold and exceed the standards set for organization and stocking, and own the space.
- Tracking and reporting – as needed in MS Excel, Word, PowerBI and NetSuite.
- Other projects as assigned.

YOU HAVE

- 2+ years of bike mechanics experience; understanding of Shimano Di2, Hydraulic Road braking systems and SRAM necessary. Experience with rental bike fleets preferred.
- Valid EU Category B driver’s license required; BE (trailer) license preferred.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Spain (EU citizenship or valid work permit).
- Passport for occasional international travel (including the US), as needed.
