Role
While this specific vacancy is for our Workday Extend Consultant role, at BNB we actually have two distinct paths within our Extend capability:

- Workday Extend Consultant: Focused on client consulting and delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business problems, challenge requirements,
and design custom, scalable solutions that automate processes and enhance user experience.
- Workday Extend Developer: Focused on product innovation. In this path, instead of working on client-specific developments, you will focus on building general, reusable assets, templates, and accelerators that can be applied to multiple clients later.
Key Responsibilities
→ Your Main Mission: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications using Workday Extend to automate business processes and improve user experience.
→ The Challenge: Translate complex business problems into scalable, sustainable technical solutions, unlocking incremental value beyond standard ERP functionality.
