How you will create an impact

- Focused on Financial Lines business, you will be responsible for a portfolio of complex claims from coverage inquiry through legal liability assessment and quantum analysis, to timely and accurate resolution.
- Your goal will be timely, accurate and customer-focused claim resolution,



minimizing indemnity exposure and mitigating vendor and legal expense – you will actively promote and demonstrate the principles of ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ in claims handling.
- You will also contribute to continuous improvement in Claims by supporting Quality Assurance / Regional Audit processes, ensuring mitigation of indemnity and expense exposure while communicating developments and outcomes as necessary to all key internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote compliance with best practice for all aspects of claims assessment/handling and actively promote Claims Handling Values.
- Support the Financial Lines Claims Manager and claims team on an ongoing basis and work closely with underwriters providing feedback on claims issues, wording and market trends.
- Proactively identify and review suspect/fraudulent claims on a consistent basis in line with company' internal requirements.
- Strengthen good relationships with internal and external customers and drive excel
