About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast‑growing sales team in a pure outbound role.
This position is idóneo for someone who thrives in proactive, target‑driven environments and has a proven ability to generate pipeline through cold outreach.
You will be fully focused on outbound prospecting — prior experience in similar outbound‑heavy roles is essential.
Key Responsibilities

- Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, LinkedIn outreach)
- Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Build and manage a consistent outbound pipeline
- Book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and improve lead quality
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and activity tracking (Salesforce)
- Contribute to ongoing sales strategy and team performance improvements
What We’re Looking For
