In this floor leadership role, you will supervise service quality across your assigned dining sector and lead wine recommendations. Specifically, you will run daily team briefings, oversee table service, manage wine pairings, keep the cellar stocked, and step in for the Assistant Head Waiter (Segundo/a Maître) when needed. By doing so,



you will ensure an extraordinary culinary experience across every shift.
Job Description: Head Waiter & Sommelier (El Fuerte Marbella 5)*Your Mission: Sector Leadership & Sommelier ExcellenceYour primary goal involves driving dining operational success across your assigned resort section. To achieve this, you will direct floor service and curate wine experiences. At the same time, you will train station personnel on product knowledge. Therefore, you will run daily briefings, supervise table setups, recommend wine pairings, and manage wine list updates alongside the Head Waiter (Maître) and F&B; Manager. As a result, you will eliminate service bottlenecks and protect our resort’s reputation for luxury hospitality.
