Our client is an established international manufacturing company operating a production site of approximately 400 employees in the Granada region. To support the next stage of its growth & transformation, we are exclusively searching for an experienced HR Manager who will lead the site's HR function and become a key member of the Plant Leadership Team.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working close to the business, leading people, and driving organisational performance in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Plant Director and partnering closely with regional HR leadership, you will take full ownership of the HR agenda across the site.
You will lead a dedicated HR team and play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience while supporting operational excellence and business objectives.
You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, leadership support, talent management, employee relations, organisational development and HR compliance. An important part of the role will also be fostering constructive relationships with employee representatives and trade unions, ensuring a collaborative and compliant industrial relations environment.
