About the Role
Following our successful expansion into the U.S. and continued growth across Europe,
we are seeking a Strategy Manager to join the CEO Office and work directly with the CEO on the company's highest‑priority initiatives.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high‑trust, high‑leverage role at the centre of strategy, execution, and scale. This person will act as a force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team, helping Biorce make better decisions faster while increasing alignment and execution quality across the business.
The role is built for someone who can move fluidly between top‑down strategic thinking and hands‑on execution. One month may focus on shaping the company's U.S. expansion plan; the next may involve building the operating cadence for a key commercial motion, supporting board materials, or driving a cross‑functional initiative across product, GTM, and operations.
