- Gather, review, and validate information from account teams and production departments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with contractual and usage requirements.
- Verify and manage usage rights for all content assets (visual talent, music, voice‑over talent), ensuring correct coverage in terms of media, territory, and duration.
- Monitor timelines and track campaign and asset expiration dates, actively participating in project status meetings to ensure continuity and compliance.
- Lead the negotiation of campaign renewals and usage extensions with rightsholders, talent, and suppliers, securing appropriate terms and conditions.
- Identify potential risks related to rights usage, expiration, or compliance, and proactively drive solutions with internal teams and external partners.
