As an IT M365 Expert, you are responsible for the design, development, and reliable operation of our cloud-based Modern Workplace environment built on Microsoft 365.

What your work will consist of?
- Core Microsoft 365 Platform Ownership
- Operate, maintain, and optimize all core M365 workloads, with specialized mastery in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
- Ensure continuous availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of the entire M365 ecosystem, including collaboration workloads and content services.
- Oversee tenant-wide configuration, service health monitoring, adoption governance, and lifecycle management.

Microsoft Teams Expertise
- Team lifecycle, templates, naming conventions,



expiration & archival
- Channel governance, granular permission models, and private/shared channels
- Teams meeting policies, voice configurations, Teams Rooms, and compliance recording
- Teams App governance: policies, app permission setups, third-party integrations
- Ensure seamless collaboration by configuring Teams SharePoint integrations, inheritance models, and permissions alignment. (Aligned with your organization’s use of Teams as primary data workspace)
- Provide expert guidance in Teams-driven document management, versioning, secure sharing, and data classification.

SharePoint Online Expertise
- Architect, implement, and manage SharePoint Online site collections, hubs, information architectures, metadata structures, libraries, lists, and DLP-enforced collaboration policies.
