Contract: Permanent.
Experience: Project engineering within industrial, engineering, EPC, manufacturing, energy or process industries (preferred).
Education: Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

Responsibilities

-
- Support the development and execution of industrial gas and plant projects across Central and Southern Europe.
- Act as a key technical contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support Project Managers in delivering larger capital projects.
- Lead smaller projects, taking ownership for scope, budget, schedule, safety and technical quality.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, contractors and consultants to achieve project objectives.




- Manage activities including engineering design, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning and start‑up as required.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with Air Products standards, procedures and safety requirements.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Support proposal development, scope definition, resource planning and cost estimation activities.
- Identify and manage project risks, changes and opportunities throughout project execution.

Qualifications

- Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience in project engineering or delivery within an industrial or technical environment.
- Broad technical knowledge of engineering disciplines such as process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation or controls engineering.
- Understanding of project management principles and engineering work processes.
