Are you passionate about making complex technology simple? We are looking for a creative and proactive Product Learning Specialist to join our Product Knowledge & Enablement team.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge hospitality technology and the people who use it. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences, from interactive e-learning modules to live virtual training sessions, that help our hotel customers and internal teams master D-EDGE products.
If you enjoy turning complex product information into clear, useful learning experiences, and want to build deeper expertise in hospitality technology, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Design & Innovate: Create clear, outcome-focused training curricula for new and existing hotel products. Use multimedia tools (like Canva and Genially) to build videos, interactive content, and simulations that resonate.
