Role OverviewAs a Tech Support Service Specialist at Parser, you will be responsible for powering the IT support solutions that will help the company and its clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop workflows to automate business processes.
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
- Identify opportunities for team training and skill advancement.
- Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guides for the organization.
- Design training programs and workshops for the internal staff.
- Conduct regular system audits.
- Run and share regular operating system reports with senior staff.
- Participate in major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, outages and implementations.

Essential Requirements
- 5 years of IT system administration experience.
- 5 years of support and infrastructure experie
