The role will report to Group Tech HRBP Manager and will work closely with our Group HR team, our Group functions colleagues. This is a position where you have a chance to make an impact and deliver on our HR strategy and best practices at Group level.
The Group HRBP will be a key member and will be instrumental in developing and delivering top-class HR processes and initiatives in a complex business to enable the managers and colleagues across Group Technology. The successful candidate will actively partner with our Group leaders, getting under the skin of the organization to truly understand our strategy and impact on achieving our business goals, employee engagement and development.




We are looking for a high potential / top performer individual with 2-4 years background who will have the opportunity to learn from a growing organization and have a real impact on the business.
Responsibilities Will Include
- Establish a trusted advisory partnership with Technology leaders, managers and employees to provide strategic and operational HR support.
- Translate business needs into actionable plans and support fit-for-purpose implementation.
- Manage HR Projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Accountability for delivering the annual people calendar activities such as performance management, talent development, merit and bonus campaigns, annual engagement survey and setting up follow up actions (Sustainable Engagement action plans, Promotions, Individual development plans, retention plans, among others).
- Provide guidance on organizational design/re-design and change management in your business areas through strong project management and communications skills.
