The Supply Chain Manager will lead and control the end-to-end flow of shipments for one of adm Indicia's clients, ensuring seamless execution from origin to final destination, including inbound and outbound warehouse operations.

This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 1 day per week expected from our Barcelona office.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end shipment flows from supplier origin to final destination
- Coordinate suppliers, forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and client teams
- Plan and execute FCL, LCL, air, road, and courier shipments
- Oversee bookings, documentation, shipment tracking, and delivery milestones
- Manage general import and export shipments, including Asia and Europe trade flows




- Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse operations and stock movements
- Ensure alignment between stock, shipment planning, and system records
- Ensure compliance with import/export requirements and customs processes
- Resolve shipment issues including delays, damages, documentation, and customs holds
- Take ownership of OTIF delivery performance, service levels, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor freight, warehousing, and logistics costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Support logistics pricing, cost management, and rate negotiations
- Partner with Account Management, Operations, Finance, and Order Management teams
- Provide shipment updates, reporting, and operational insights to stakeholders and clients
- Maintain accurate logistics data, KPI reporting, and performance dashboards
- Identify process improvements and support SOP development and implementation
- Build and manage relationships with logistics providers, brokers, and warehouse partners
