About the role

- Identify and engage high‑potential German B2B prospects through outbound channels including email, phone, LinkedIn, and personalised multichannel sequences
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by uncovering business needs, decision‑making structure, and buying readiness, then hand over well‑scoped opportunities to Account Executives
- Become a trusted product expert on Genesy AI,



clearly articulating its value in helping German companies improve prospecting efficiency and outbound performance
- Work closely with Marketing and the Expansion Lead to test, refine, and scale messaging, sequences, and vertical hypotheses for the German market
- Own activity tracking and CRM hygiene, reporting on key metrics such as outreach volume, reply rates, qualified calls, and demo conversion
- Collect and share market feedback (objections, competitive tools, ICP signals, vertical‑specific pains) to support market validation and repeatable go‑to‑market strategy
- Act as a founding contributor in the German expansion, helping shape early playbooks, processes, and best practices for future hires

About you

- Native German speaker and fluent in English
- 1+ year of experience in a B2B SDR / outbound sales role, preferably in SaaS or a tech‑driven environment
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills; comfortable
