Senior Production Coordinator – Studio, Madrid, next to the Bernabéu stadium. This is a key coordination role between our design studio, account teams and operations teams. The right candidate should not only manage tasks and schedules, but also bring structure,



ownership and the potential to grow into broader studio operations and leadership responsibilities over time.

You will work within a multicultural team of motion designers, graphic designers, video editors and developers, bringing together a wide range of skills. The role is idóneo for someone who is hands‑on, structured, communicative and confident enough to coordinate different stakeholders, challenge priorities where needed and help improve the way the studio operates.

This is not a purely administrative role. You will be close to the daily studio work and will help ensure that projects are planned, followed up and delivered on time.
