To support our continued expansion and reinforce our leadership in the market, we are looking for a highly motivated and results‑driven Business Development Representative (BDR) for the French market, based in our Barcelona office.
As a BDR at Webfleet, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and creating qualified opportunities to support our Field Account Managers in the France.
You’ll proactively reach out to mid‑market companies across various channels, raising awareness of our solutions, identifying business needs, and coordinating meetings with key stakeholders. Success in this role requires resilience, curiosity,



and a passion for building valuable business relationships from the ground up.
Your day‑to‑day:Our business developers identify and nurture new business opportunities. They are a key member of the Webfleet Sales Team.
- Hunt prospects using smart researching, outbound emails, and messages and most importantly outbound calling to build a healthy pipeline of prospects;
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow‑up communications designed to increase interest in Bridgestone Mobility Solutions;
- Work closely and collaboratively with marketing on outreach campaigns and events;
- Work together with channel mangers to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies which play to channel partners’ business strengths and complement their strategies;
