Role overview
The HR Manager (Southern Europe) will be instrumental in providing expert HR advice and guidance across employee lifecycle experiences including onboarding, offboarding, probation periods, maternity, sickness absence and performance management.They will be a local specialist, designing and implementing People local operations to fit within the global frameworks, as well as working with business stakeholders and HR Business Partners on local execution of the functional People strategies.
