We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Data Systems Administrator to architect, scale, and optimize our mission-critical IT infrastructure across Spain and our global locations. As a key technical lead, you will drive the stability, security, and operational excellence of our technology stack, balancing high-level infrastructure strategy with proactive systems management. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in clustering, high-availability environments, and enterprise networking,



with solid experience in Linux systems and/or database administration. You will be instrumental in evolving our IT operations, providing architectural guidance, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure our systems effectively support our rapid, large-scale growth.
Responsibilities

Architect, deploy, and maintain mission-critical infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability across integral operations.
Design and implement robust security policies, identity management frameworks, and access controls to protect sensitive corporate assets.
Lead strategic infrastructure initiatives, including vendor management, hardware lifecycle planning, and capacity forecasting for large-scale deployments.
