Role OverviewThis role provides hands‑on, in‑person support for Planet’s office‑based colleagues and executives, covering walk‑up support, desk‑side fixes, meeting‑room and Microsoft Teams Rooms technology, and hands‑and‑feet support for the infrastructure and other IT teams. Day to day, you will be the visible face of IT in the office, resolving issues quickly, preparing devices and spaces, and keeping collaboration technology reliable.
What You Will Do
- Walk‑up & desk‑side support —Provide in‑person support at the tech bar and at desks for endpoint, peripheral, application, and connectivity issues.
- Meeting rooms & Teams Rooms —Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot meeting‑room AV and Microsoft Teams Rooms; ensure spaces are event‑ready.
