About the RoleAs an Incoming Case Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience to our general corporate clients and brokers. Acting as the first point of contact for incoming requests, you will ensure efficient task coordination, accurate triaging of client inquiries, and smooth payment processing activities.
You will be responsible for reviewing and assessing client requests, identifying the appropriate course of action, and routing tasks to the relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate execution. In addition, you will support payment allocation, account statement inquiries, and premium booking processes, contributing directly to operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:




- Serve as a central coordination point for incoming client and broker requests, ensuring timely handling and clear communication.
- Review incoming emails and documentation, assess requirements, and distinguish between new transactions, amendments, and general inquiries.
- Assign and route tasks to the appropriate Operations teams to ensure efficient processing and excellent service delivery.
- Accurately process and allocate client payments in line with business requirements and support payment reconciliation activities.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or escalates issues where required.
- Support clients with account statements and payment-related inquiries while maintaining a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism.
- Support the issuance and administration of bonds and guarantees for the DACH region.
