In this role you will strengthen Coty’s safety and wellbeing culture across Iberia, driving proactive risk management and robust HSE practices. You will influence local and global initiatives, enable training, and turn data-driven insights into improvements. You’ll partner with internal and external stakeholders to raise safety standards and support a resilient, healthy workplace. This is a hands-on position with a clear impact on safety leadership and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades
• University degree and Master in PRL / HSE with at least three specialties: Seguridad en el Trabajo, Higiene Industrial, Ergonomía, Psicosociología xqbhyrx
• PRL certification obtained or homologated in Spain
• 2–5 years
