In this role you drive Fever’s Salesforce platform, partnering with business units to design scalable CRM solutions and optimize processes. You will lead end-to-end Salesforce initiatives, translating needs into actionable designs and working closely with developers and stakeholders. You’ll stay current with Salesforce releases, champion best practices, and mentor colleagues to raise the organization’s CRM maturity. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position at a fast-growing integral leader in live entertainment. You will help shape how Fever scales its technology and data-driven approach to engage audiences and empower event creators.

• Deeply understand Fever’s business model, technology stack, and workflows to drive Salesforce development and optimization
• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Billing, Legal, and Customer Service to analyze and improve processes
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce CRM solutions with focus on functional design and advanced configuration
• Translate business requirements into user stories, specifications, and solution designs
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce initiatives from requirements to go-live and post-release support

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience (consulting or product ownership preferred)
• Proven track record leading Salesforce projects from requirements to adoption
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and advanced configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, Proc
