Factorial is seeking an energetic and motivated Pre-sales Consultant for the DACH market to transform the way companies manage their people with ourproducts. You will be joining a dynamic team in the fastest growing domain at our Barcelona office, and will be a crucial player in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
This role balances client-facing sales with internal strategic initiatives. You will lead product demonstrations for complex, high-value clients, while also supporting the broader sales team through content creation, training, and acting as a key liaison between sales and product teams. The position requires a high level of creativity and strategic thinking to help drive Factorial’s ambitious growth in one of its most mature markets.

What you'll do
- Product Demo & Sales: you will directly participate in the sales process of certain accounts, handling the most critical deals for our Talent products or Operations Payroll & Time products.
- Onboarding & Ramp-up Coaching: shorten new hires' ramp-up time and help underperforming representatives to reach at least 70% of their objective.
- Ongoing Training & Enablement: regularly conduct sales and product training sessions. Review metrics, receive feedback from managers, and assess the team's needs to enrich the training content dynamically.
