Combining advanced technology, certified processes, and a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainability, working in close collaboration with its clients from design to industrialization. With a strong international presence and headquarters in Catalonia, we are seeking a professional to lead business development in West/South Europe and North of Africa for Medical Device & Cosmetic Industries.

Key responsibilities

- Developing the regional business strategy aligned with global objectives.
- Identifying and acquiring new accounts in Medical Device, Cosmetic and other key industries.




- Building and strengthening relationships with healthcare and cosmetic sector leaders.
- Managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting, needs analysis, technical/commercial proposal, and negotiation, to contract closure and customer onboarding.
- Working cross‑functionally with marketing, sales engineering, technical and product teams to ensure value‑driven solutions and seamless integration from lead to order.
- Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry forums to enhance the company visibility and position as a regional partner of choice.
- Reporting sales metrics, pipeline status, and market trends for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
We are looking for a professional with a university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Life Science, or related disciplines, with at least 5 years of international business development experience in B2B environments, preferably in medical devices, cosmetic or
