we'd like to hear from you.About the RoleReporting directly to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of drilling operations across multiple projects throughout Western Australia.You'll provide leadership to our Supervisors, Drillers and support teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the high standards Austral Drilling is known for.Regular travel to project sites throughout WA will be required.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor Supervisors, Drillers and field personnel.Build a positive culture focused on safety, accountability and teamwork.Manage multiple drilling projects from mobilisation through to completion.Coordinate labour, equipment, plant and resources across the business.Develop drilling schedules and optimise fleet utilisation.Monitor project performance, productivity and operational costs.Work closely with the Workshop team to maximise equipmen
