Sompo has a unique opportunity for a Pricing Analyst in our Pricing Department team for Continental Europe.
The Pricing team for Continental Europe plays a central role in driving profitable growth across our Corporate Insurance portfolio. As the business enters an ambitious growth phase, Pricing is evolving beyond traditional actuarial support into a strategic function focused on portfolio steering, advanced analytics, and data‑driven decision making.

Location

Responsibilities

- Support case pricing activities across Corporate and Specialty lines of business
- Analyze exposure and claims data to derive pricing assumptions and technical insights
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of pricing tools and methodologies
- Perform portfolio monitoring activities, including A vs E analysis and performance reporting
- Support dashboard development and management information reporting through data manipulation and analysis
- Assist in MGA onboarding and delegated authority pricing reviews
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical assumptions and portfolio views
Qualifications

- Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics or a related quantitative discipline
- 0–3 years of experience in actuarial, analytical, or data‑focused roles (insurance experience is an advantage but not mandatory)
