In this senior role, you’ll be a key partner to our game teams, shaping product strategy and driving impactful data-driven decisions that improve our games, boost player engagement, and fuel business growth. You’ll combine deep quantitative analysis, business acumen, and technical expertise to uncover insights that matter. As a Principal,



you’ll also help elevate analytics standards across the company, mentor analysts, and champion a culture of data-informed decision-making.
What You'll Do

Help Shape the Game Strategy: Be a part of the development of data-driven strategies for top games, influencing product roadmaps, features, and monetization.
Player & Product Insights: Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze player behavior, economy trends, and product performance.
Experimentation & Modeling: Design A/B tests and build predictive models (e.g., churn, LTV, segmentation) to assess and forecast outcomes.
Leadership & Communication: Mentor analysts and present insights clearly to senior leadership through compelling storytelling and dashboards.
Data Culture & Infrastructure: Collaborate on improving data tools and pipelines while promoting data literacy and experimentation best practices.
