As a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our professional financial market clients and prospects. In this dynamic and rewarding position, you will leverage your customer service expertise, technical aptitude, and interest in financial markets to provide outstanding support and solutions. As you develop hands‑on expertise with our products and services, you will also have opportunities to collaborate across departments, contributing to product development initiatives, sales support activities, and a variety of cross‑functional projects.
