As the Community Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the growth and engagement of the Wazuh community while aligning efforts with business goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of identifying, tracking, and improving community KPIs,
fostering an active and thriving user base. This role is hybrid and it requires technical expertise to provide technical support to our community users.
Your responsibilities include

- Leading community engagement efforts by fostering relationships, responding to inquiries, and moderating discussions across platforms.
- Defining and tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure community growth, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Sharing community insights and KPI reports with the CEO, including strategies to enhance them.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align community efforts with product development, marketing, and support initiatives.
- Developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and activate community members.
