About the Opportunity
Surge Group is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join a fast-growing fintech company delivering payment infrastructure solutions across high-risk industries.
This is a pure hunter role focused on acquiring new enterprise customers within iGaming, Forex, PSP, Crypto, and other high-risk sectors. We're looking for someone who already understands these markets, has an established network or can build one quickly, and has a proven track record of closing complex B2B deals.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
Build and develop a pipeline through proactive outbound business development.
Acquire high-value merchants across iGaming, Forex, PSP, Crypto, and other high-risk industries.
Sell payment infrastructure solutions including IBAN, acquiring, crypto processing,



and related fintech products.
Work closely with Compliance, Product, and Operations teams to deliver successful customer onboarding.
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM management.
Identify market opportunities and provide commercial feedback to internal stakeholders.
Consistently exceed revenue targets through self-generated business.

What We're Looking For

Proven enterprise B2B sales experience within fintech, payments, crypto, PSPs, iGaming, Forex, or other high-risk industries.
Demonstrated success closing large commercial deals.
Strong outbound prospecting and hunter mentality.
Existing industry network or the ability to build relationships quickly.
Experience selling complex payment or fintech products.
Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Comfortable operating independently in a high-growth environment.
