Our Talent Acquisition team partners closely with hiring managers across Engineering SW, HW, FPGA, Systems&Web;, R&D;, Operations and Mechanical to identify, attract, and deliver outstanding professionals while ensuring excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Support the end to end recruitment process for different positions across the company.
- Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates motivation and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with Managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, university events, and recruitment campaigns when needed.
- Support continuous improvements of recruitment processes and Talent Acquisition initiatives.
