Role
As a Performance Media Buyer, you will work with general performance‑based online advertisers across a wide variety of verticals within the adult entertainment industry. You will create, monitor and optimise campaigns for a portfolio of clients, focusing on effective inventory monetisation, delivering a first‑class service and sharing best practices across internal departments. Daily tasks include data analysis, preparing strategic client reports, proposals and contracts. You will also participate in product development and new marketing angles, coach new media buyers,



and report to the Sales Director.

Responsibilities

- Buy media on CPM, CPC, and CPV pricing models to meet CPA goals.
- Setup, manage and optimise campaigns using the Exoclick Ad platform.
- Use internal tools, systems and processes to track client development and expansion.
- Prospect and identify new direct‑response advertisers.
- Monitor daily spend and revenue.
- Manage client relationships, resolve conflicts, and collate best‑practice examples of reporting, client feedback and case studies.
- Apply technical skills, including basic HTML landing‑page editing, tracking pixel usage and creative optimisation.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Business Development teams to interpret market insights and react quickly.
