We are looking for enthusiastic, communicative young professionals to join a brand-new pilot team in Greece representing one of the world's most famous, high‑end British‑Australian kitchen and coffee appliance brands. In this role, you will be the friendly voice saving coffee lovers across Europe, helping them get the absolute most out of their sleek, premium espresso setups.

What You’ll Do Every Day

- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from Dutch‑speaking customers to assist with their premium espresso and kitchen gadgets.
- Provide smart after‑sales support: guide users through setting up their new machines, troubleshooting simple quirks, and handling delivery status and refund inquiries.
- Use industry‑leading CRM software (Salesforce) and cutting‑edge internal AI applications to manage daily customer interactions.
- Build a great network as part of the largest language team on this project, working in a bustling environment where English keeps everyone connected.

Requirements

- Native or C1‑level fluency in Dutch, paired with a solid command of English (B2‑C1) for training and software systems.
- Comfortable navigating computers with a steady typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
