As part of our continued growth and transformation journey, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project / Programme Manager to join our Strategy Execution & Chief of Staff team and drive strategic, high-impact initiatives across the Logistics business.

About the role:
The Senior Project / Programme Manager plays a critical leadership role, partnering directly with executive leadership to drive complex, cross-functional programmes from strategy through execution. This position serves as the single point of accountability for major strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment, governance,



and measurable business outcomes across the organization.

Success in this role requires exceptional programme management capabilities, executive stakeholder engagement, and the ability to influence and lead without formal authority in a dynamic international environment.

This role could be based in Barcelona (Spain) or in Cologne (Germany).

Key responsabilities:
Executive Programme Steering

- Define, structure, and lead strategic programmes with direct executive sponsorship.
- Act as the single source of truth for programme status, risks, decisions, and progress.
- Prepare and facilitate executive steering committees (C-level comitees).
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery roadmaps and milestones.

Decision Enablement & Alignment

- Develop executive-level materials that support informed decision-making.
- Facilitate fact-based discussions across functions, regions, and business units.
