Job PurposeThe RM Systems Specialist supports the Revenue Management team in the day-to-day calibration of the Revenue Management System (RMS), the automation of manual processes, and the development of the KPI framework. This role blends strong data analytics skills with growing expertise in RM systems, enabling the Pricing and Inventory teams to work faster, smarter, and with better data.

- RMS Ownership & Technical Strategy
- System Configuration & Calibration: Support the administration and fine-tuning of the Revenue Management Systems (AirRM & PROS), assisting with demand forecasting models, influence factors, and optimizer settings.
- Business Rule Management: Support the implementation and validation of RM business rules, ensuring system configurations align with commercial and operational objectives.
- Data Integration & Quality Assurance: Validate data flows between the PSS, RMS, and external data sources (e.g., Infare), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely availability for Revenue Management processes.
- Automation Projects: Design and build automation scripts and tools (SQL, Python, RPA) to eliminate manual, repetitive tasks and free up analyst time for higher-value work.
