At Ashby, you’ll own large portions of our product, drive end‑to‑end projects, write specs, make wireframes, and deliver high‑quality software that improves talent‑acquisition workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own and ship features end‑to‑end, from research and wireframing to implementation and release.
- Research competitors, write product specifications, and design user interfaces that fit customer needs.
- Build core engineering components such as automated interview scheduling, declarative filter architecture, and seamless sign‑off workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate high‑level requirements into reliable code.
Qualifications
- Comfortable tackling any part of the stack, from frontend to infrastructure.
- Experience handling product and technical ambiguity,
delivering powerful abstractions and flexibility.
- Strong balance between speed and quality, delivering high‑quality production deployments.
- Excellent collaborator and communicator, able to vet decisions with stakeholders and work cross‑functionally.
- Motivated to create leverage through automation, abstractions, and tooling.
- Preferred senior‑level experience, capable of owning projects independently.
