Job Description:

We are looking for an organized and proactive individual to join our Marketing and Media team. In this role, you will assist with various tasks that support the team’s success. If you're passionate about teamwork, organization, and process development, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

About the role:
- Support creating and developing presentations for the Marketing and Media team.
- Keep and create useful team docs that can also be helpful for other teams like HR, Procurement, and Finance.
- Understand team needs, identify training opportunities, and help with onboarding and upskilling processes.
- Organize team-building activities for different teams.
- Arrange business trips (schedules, flights, hotels, visas, etc.).
- Keep track of upcoming 1:1s and evaluations, making sure all necessary documents are ready.
- Coordinate holiday approvals with different departments and tools.
- Work with the Office Management team to help solve day-to-day issues.
- Support Directors and VPs by handling emails and documents
