Primary Responsibilities

- Lead the schedule development lifecycle for one or more projects, from high‑level planning to detailed execution.
- Lead dynamic planning sessions and collaborate with the extended project management team to create schedules.
- Develop and manage the Owner’s schedule, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
- Verify that contractor schedules and reports contain all relevant scope and escalating when lacking.
- Track and summarize schedule performance (e.g., s‑curves, critical and sub‑critical paths, planned vs actual variance, float trend, start finish curves, etc.), providing stakeholders with clear and actionable reports.
- Develop and maintain resource‑loaded schedules.
- Undertake “what if” / scenario analysis on schedules.
- Frequent visits to the construction site to provide team support, nurture relat
