As a Platform Engineering Director, you will lead the design, build, and evolution of Visium's client-facing AI and Data platform capabilities. You are the technical authority and delivery lead for our most complex platform programs — ensuring that what we build is technically excellent, adoptable, scalable, and genuinely transformative.ResponsibilitiesArchitect and lead the delivery of complex AI and Data platform programs, spanning cloud infrastructure design, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC, from initial scoping through to production deployment. Our focus is on Azure.Define and drive platform engineering standards and best practices across engagements, ensuring repeatability, reliability, and long-term client value.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C‑Level and VP Engineering personas, acting as a hands‑on technical advisor who earns trust through delivery.Lead and mentor a team of platform engineers and engagement managers, cultivating a culture of engineering excellence, innovation,
