MISSION OF THE ROLE
The FP&A; Analyst supports the FP&A; Managers in the preparation, analysis,



and interpretation of financial and operational data to support strategic decision‑making across the organization.

This role provides exposure to the financial performance of a multinational group operating in more than 25 countries, with over €2bn in annual revenue, offering a broad perspective on the business and its key value drivers.

The FP&A; Analyst will contribute to the preparation of financial reports, performance analysis, and insights for senior management. The role also involves supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, as well as monitoring KPIs and overall business performance across multiple markets.

The position involves close collaboration with finance teams across geographies, helping ensure consistency and quality of financial information, while also supporting continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes, reporting tools and systems.
