About The Role
As a Bell Person at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, you are an ambassador of the Hyatt brand, responsible for providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth and seamless arrival and departure experience for our guests. This is an operational full‑time position (40 hours per week)



offered on a permanent contract, with rotating shifts according to hotel needs, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. You will work closely with the Front Office, Concierge, and other hotel departments, contributing to efficient daily operations and a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting guests promptly upon arrival with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor
- Assisting guests with luggage during arrival, departure, and room changes
- Escorting guests to their rooms when required, providing clear information about:

- Restaurants and amenities
- Safety procedures and general hotel information
- Assisting guests with transportation arrangements, including taxis and other services
- Maintaining cleanliness, order, and a welcoming appearance in the lobby, entrance, and driveway areas
- Providing assistance to guest
