The role is based in the Keysight Barcelona Business Center, working closely with Accounting and Tax teams primarily located in India and the United States. The position also provides support to other corporate functions such as Treasury, Legal, Human Resources,



and Workplace Services.

Reporting to the Country Controller, the successful candidate will join a team composed of the Controller and three Financial Analysts, supporting multiple Keysight entities (mainly Spain and Italy).

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of statutory financial statements, including annual accounts, management report, and NFRD disclosures.
- Preparation of audit deliverables and supporting documentation to ensure a smooth audit process.
- Preparation, filing, and payment of tax returns in compliance with local regulations.
- Coordination and preparation of mandatory surveys and local reporting (including VAT registers and official accounting books).
- Ongoing collaboration with statutory auditors and external advisors, including monitoring of budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.
