Job Title
AI & Data Intelligence Specialist (Hybrid – Madrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote)

What You’ll Be Doing

- Research business data across industries, platforms, and lead sources
- Structure and organise data so it’s actionable and easy to use
- Use AI tools to assist with research, analysis, and automation
- Spot patterns in company behaviour and share insights with sales/marketing
- Help build internal systems to qualify leads, prioritise outreach, and support campaign targeting
- Continuously experiment with new tools and methods to improve speed, accuracy, and output

- Is excited by AI and curious about how to use it for automation, analysis, and workflow design
- Enjoys working independently, focusing on detailed work without distraction

- Is based in Madrid or willing to relocate for a hybrid HQ role
- Wants to work with a team that values clarity, trust, and the freedom to experiment
