Service Team Leader

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

Under the supervision of the Service Workshop Manager, and daily work direction of the Team Lead, the Service Repair Technician repairs a variety of breakers and subassemblies, ensuring the best possible, most cost-effective problem resolution, and assists in identifying and resolving quality and reliability problems, in accordance with company policies and procedures.





This role is contributing to the Electrification Service Area in Villanueva de Gállego, Zaragoza. Main stakeholders are Data center’s clients and Service team.

- Performing workshop tasks such as troubleshooting, repairs, assembly, and testing.
- Contributing to customer satisfaction by executing workshop orders according to workshop processes and guidelines.
- Proactively executing work on a first-time right approach and acting with sense of urgency and care in the direct area of responsibility.
- Checking bill of materials and other documents to identify required parts needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available.
- Ensuring the completion, processing, and maintenance of all required documentation.
- Identifying improvement needs and potential solutions for them in the way of working, communicating them proactively and driving small improvement actions.
