Since you'll be taking AI-generated applications and prototypes to production, you will interact with a very dynamic stack. You will work with modern web frameworks (like Next.js and TypeScript), backend tools, and foundational cloud infrastructure. Our Engineering team is the engine behind Factorial, crafting the tech that makes HR simple, fast, and reliable for thousands of companies.

What You'll Be Doing?
The Enablement sub-squad is a brand-new, high-impact initiative within the Platform/Infrastructure team. As our company scales past 1,700 people, we are seeing an explosion of creativity from non-product teams—like Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and the wider org. They are coming up with awesome ideas and building prototypes using AI for dashboards, websites, and tooling for their daily operations.
