Summary - basic function of the role





We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Pricing Leader to join our team in Madrid. This role follows a hybrid working model, with four days per week onsite and the flexibility to work from home on Fridays.

This is a newly established global role with the opportunity to build and embed a Pricing Excellence capability across Enerpac’s commercial organisation. You will lead our end-to-end pricing framework, covering strategy, governance, analytics, systems and capability development.

Working with commercial, finance, product and regional leaders, you will help ensure pricing decisions are informed by reliable data, applied consistently and aligned with our growth and margin goals. You will bring structure to a complex general environment while giving regional teams the tools and guidance needed to make effective commercial decisions.

- Develop and lead Enerpac’s global Pricing Excellence strategy, framework and roadmap
